HOW IT WORKS:

Tara will develop a customized 3-month program for you based on what you are struggling with and the the specific outcomes you'd like to have.

Your program will include a 1-hour weekly live session with Tara plus weekly readings, exercises and/or actions to reinforce and build on what was discussed during your session.

You will also have access to Life Mastery, an exclusive membership site for 1:1 clients where all the exercises as well as instruction videos and bonus material can be found!
